Method

The target is found by counting open workdays

The calendar starts at local noon on the selected date, moves one civil date at a time, skips the chosen weekend pattern and removes typed closures before counting the next open workday.

Formula

Target date = start date plus or minus N counted open dates, where open means not selected weekend and not in the closure list.
