Assumptions
5 employee rows parsed. 10 Monday-start weeks shown. 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 year milestone markers. Weekend anniversaries move to the next weekday.
Planner notes
Confirm employment records, privacy rules, manager ownership and local holiday moves before sending recognition messages.
Limits
Use this as recognition planning arithmetic, not an employee record, HR approval system, payroll source or legal compliance tool.
Method
The planner projects each start date onto the visible calendar year
Each employee row records a name, start date, team and note. The calendar adds whole service years to the original start date, keeps leap-day starts on 28 February in non-leap anniversary years, then optionally moves weekend recognition dates to a nearby weekday for planning.
Milestones stay visible
Milestone years, weekend movement rules, employee rows, teams and planner notes are printed beside the result.
Print path
The print button opens browser print. The print stylesheet keeps the title, summary, week grid, roster, assumptions and limits.
Limits
This is recognition planning arithmetic, not an HR record, employment contract, payroll source, privacy policy or legal advice.
Source Notes
Civil dates, service years and local browser calendars
CalculationTime uses browser Date objects for local Gregorian date stepping and HTML date inputs for YYYY-MM-DD values. Employee status, privacy rules, official HR records, public holidays and workplace policy are not bundled.
