A printable weekly hours sheet for start and finish times, breaks, billable allocation, overtime markers and sign-off beside the CalculationTime clockface.
Hours are decimal hours from start time to finish time minus the entered break. Overnight shifts are supported when finish is earlier than start.
Payroll Boundary
Overtime is a simple weekly threshold marker. It does not apply awards, taxes, allowances, penalties, leave loading or local payroll law.
Notes
Confirm approved leave, public holidays, awards and payroll cut-off rules before submitting.
Method
Each day is calculated from clock span minus breaks
The calendar starts on the selected Monday-style week start, creates seven civil dates, subtracts the entered break minutes from each active work span, and then marks billable and overtime hours from the visible inputs.
Overnight shifts
If the finish time is earlier than the start time, the tool treats it as a shift crossing midnight.
Print path
The print button opens browser print. The print stylesheet keeps the weekly sheet, totals, notes, assumptions and approval space.
Limits
This is timesheet arithmetic, not payroll, tax, award, employment-law, billing or fatigue-management advice.
Source Notes
Civil dates and browser time inputs
CalculationTime uses browser Date objects for local Gregorian date stepping and HTML time inputs for daily start and finish values. No official payroll, award, tax or jurisdiction-specific employment rules are bundled.
