Replace the editable dates with your official school, state or sector term dates before booking travel, care or rosters.
Assumptions
Gregorian calendar, local browser date rules, monday week start, weekdays counted as school days unless listed as closures.
Authority Check
Confirm official dates for your state, territory, sector and school before using this report for operational planning.
Method
The planner calculates from the dates you enter
School calendars differ by state, territory, sector, school and sometimes student group. This page keeps term dates editable, then counts weekdays inside each term after removing listed closures and marks the printable year grid from those local planning inputs.
Term ranges
Each term has a start and finish date. Breaks are calculated as the days after one term ends and before the next term starts.
Print path
The print button opens browser print. The print stylesheet keeps the term sheet, year grid, closure list, notes and assumptions.
Limits
The editable defaults are planning aids, not official term dates. Confirm authority-published dates before travel, childcare, payroll or attendance decisions.
Source Notes
Official term dates are jurisdiction and school specific
Australian term dates are published by education authorities and can differ across public, independent and Catholic systems.
