Method

Quarter ends step backward from June 2026. Report due dates add 5 working day(s), skipping weekends and typed blackouts.

Ownership

Finance operations prepares the close window. Controller review handles final review and sign-off notes.

Limits

Confirm local public holidays, board dates, audit windows, market disclosure obligations and filing deadlines before publishing.

Method

The worksheet derives fiscal quarter ends and counts working-day close deadlines

The calendar finds the four quarter-end dates for the selected fiscal year, opens a close window from each quarter end, skips Saturdays, Sundays and typed blackout dates for due-date counts, and keeps every assumption visible in the printable report.

Fiscal basis

The fiscal year label is treated as the year containing the selected fiscal year-end month. Quarter ends are the three-month steps ending there.

Print path

The print button opens browser print. The print stylesheet keeps quarter dates, close windows, deadlines, blackout notes, assumptions and limits.

Limits

This is planning arithmetic, not accounting advice, securities filing guidance, audit policy, payroll guidance or a statutory compliance calendar.

Source Notes

Civil dates, local browser calendars and typed close exceptions

CalculationTime uses browser Date objects for local Gregorian date stepping and HTML date inputs for YYYY-MM-DD values. Company-specific fiscal calendars, public holidays, audit requirements, filing deadlines, market announcements and board calendars must be checked against primary sources.
