Mon, 03 Aug 2026 to Sun, 27 Sept 2026- People
- 4
- Handoffs
- 8
- Weekend days
- 16
- Exceptions
- 2
Assumptions
Rotation starts on the Monday of the selected first date. Primary changes every 7 day(s); backup is the next listed person.
Escalation
Incident commander: ops-lead@example.com
Limits
Confirm contact methods, fatigue rules, public holidays, swaps and incident severity policy before publishing.
Method
The roster rotates named people through dated primary and backup coverage
The calendar starts from the Monday containing the selected first date, counts local Gregorian days, changes the primary owner after the chosen shift length, and assigns the next listed person as backup. Exception dates stay visible so swaps, holidays or release freezes do not vanish from the printout.
Load stays visible
Primary days, weekend days, handoff count, exception dates, contacts, escalation owner and planner notes print beside the roster.
Print path
The print button opens browser print. The print stylesheet keeps the title, summary, people load, week grid, assumptions and limits.
Limits
This is planning arithmetic, not a paging system, employment policy, award interpretation, fatigue compliance tool or incident record.
Source Notes
Civil dates, local browser time and typed roster rows
CalculationTime uses browser Date objects for local Gregorian date stepping, HTML date inputs for YYYY-MM-DD values and HTML time inputs for handoff labels. Public holidays, employment rules, time-zone handoffs, paging integrations and live incident management data are not bundled.
