Assumptions

28 local Gregorian challenge days are shown. 5 training days are allowed before extra days in the week become recovery. Every 4th challenge day is forced to recovery. Load is minutes multiplied by user-entered intensity from 1 to 10.

Milestones

Start: Mon, 03 Aug 2026; 25% check: Sun, 09 Aug 2026; Halfway: Sun, 16 Aug 2026; 75% check: Sun, 23 Aug 2026; Finish: Sun, 30 Aug 2026

Notes and Limits

Use this as a planning worksheet only. Stop, scale back or seek qualified guidance if pain, dizziness, illness, injury or unsafe conditions appear.

Method

The page maps a local-date challenge window into training and recovery days

The tool starts from the chosen local Gregorian date, creates a day-by-day challenge window, assigns workouts by repeating training block, inserts recovery days at the selected spacing and totals the visible effort load from duration and intensity values.

Training blocks

Rows use the pattern: workout name, pipe, duration minutes, pipe, intensity from 1 to 10, pipe, focus note. The block repeats across scheduled training days.

Print path

The print button opens browser print. The print stylesheet keeps the title, summary, weekly load cards, day grid, milestones, assumptions and limits.

Limits

This is a calendar planning worksheet, not medical, fitness, nutrition, rehabilitation, coaching, workplace or safety advice. Recovery needs and safe intensity vary by person.

Source Notes

The factual layer is transparent date arithmetic and user-entered workout math

CalculationTime uses browser Date objects for local Gregorian date stepping, HTML date inputs for YYYY-MM-DD values and visible arithmetic for minutes, intensity points and weekly totals. Fitness interpretation is user-entered planning context only; health, training and rehabilitation decisions need qualified outside judgement.
