Formula and limits

Event UTC = event local time - event offset. Local display = event UTC + place offset. Share the UTC line and ask each team to confirm daylight saving, local holidays and travel constraints.

Method

Every local listing is derived from one UTC event instant

The event time is converted to UTC by subtracting the event offset. Each place adds its typed offset back to that same UTC instant, so all printed rows point to one event.

Formula

Event UTC = event local time - event offset. Place time = event UTC + place offset. Reminder date = event UTC - lead days.

Timezone limit

The page uses fixed offsets and does not infer daylight saving, jurisdiction changes or location names.
